New Goodies!

Hi all!  I've got some new goodies to show you today.  First of all, Wishing Well Creations has released a new, fun, multicolored collection called Picket Fences, available HERE at The Digichick:

There's patterned papers, solids, ellies, add-on shabby dotty papers, add-on shabby solids, and a fun little set of flags, all of which you can get separately if you don't want the whole bundle. But why wouldn't you? I made good use of the pinks in this bundle for this page:

Also new this week is this wonderful kit that Michelle and Mara of Partners in Crime Designs created when I hinted (lol!) that I'd LOVE a tropical, beachy type kit to scrap photos of my recent vacation to Mexico.  Look what they came up with!  Tropical Paradise, available HERE at Scrappity Doo Dah:

I've managed to find the time to do a couple of very different layouts from the same kit:

I've got dozens more photos to scrap from my vacation, and I'd love it if you came back to see them!

Feel The Magic

Hi all! Val of geniaBeana Scraps has partnered with Tanya of Crossbone Cuts Designs to create this fun kit called Feel the Magic:

Just about every one who has seen it has gotten a great Disney vibe from it, but the colors lend themselves well to patriotic themes, it's great for party-type layouts as well, and I thought it worked great for the fun and energy in this photo:

You can pick the kit up either HERE at The Digichick or HERE at ScrapMatters!

PS:  For those of you who have been asking about my vacation photos (you know who you are!)...I'll be back next week with a layout or two featuring a kit that Partners in Crime created just for those photos!

PIC is at SDD!

Hi all! Happy Tax Day! *insert sarcastic smiley here*. I just got back from the post office, having deposited some IRS-related paperwork in the mail. How about relieving any paperwork-related stress by visiting Partners in Crime Designs at their new home at Scrappity Doo Dah?! To celebrate their grand opening, Mara and Michelle have their store on sale for 30% off through the end of the month. I took some time out of my busy weekend to scrap with a gorgeous kit of theirs called Dark Love:

It was perfect for this photo from Valentine's Day that I've been hanging on to:

There's tons more to see in the shop, and new products will be released weekly...including a kit the the ladies created at my request! So check back soon!

Just One More

How many times have we said that as we're trying to get another photo of a special event? Well, here to help you scrap those efforts is this new collaboration kit from geniaBeana Scraps and Cluster Queen Creations called Just One More. It celebrates that "mammarazzi" in all of us but is versatile enough for everyday layouts too:

I don't often put myself into my layouts, but I thought this kit was perfect for this photo of me and my little camera:

You can pick up the kit and check out assorted add-on goodies either HERE at The DigiChick or HERE at ScrapMatters!

Just a reminder...Partners In Crime's contest ends today, so make sure you stop by their blog HERE and get your entry in!

New goodness from geniaBeana Scraps!

Hi all! Here's hoping you had a lovely and blessed Easter weekend. As promised, I want to update you on what's new from geniaBeana Scraps. Val has been on fire, creating all sorts of gorgeous goodies. In addition to maintaining her shop at The DigiChick, Val has reopened her shop at ScrapMatters, so now you have two places to collect her kits!

First up I'd like to show you a stunning kit that was released earlier this week as part of a Grab Bag at ScrapMatters, but can now be purchased as a stand-alone kit HERE:

Amazingly enough, I didn't use the purples in this kit, but grabbed all the greens and tans I could for this St. Patrick's Day layout:

Also new at ScrapMatters is this springy number called Blossoms and Butterflies, available as a value bundle or as stand-alone parts:

I used the kit for this layout, and I'm tickled to say that it got a Gallery Standout mention on the ScrapMatters blog!

And last but not least, here is an adorable mini kit perfect for scrapping Easter layouts. It's called Bunny Tails, and you can get it HERE at The DigiChick:

I thought the kit worked great for these Easter photos from long ago:

I hope you'll come back to see me soon...there will be lots of goodies to see!

All sorts of news! With a contest thrown in!

Hi all! Is everyone enjoying their spring? I am, so much so that I'm still not getting much scrapping done! But that will change soon, for all sorts of reasons! geniaBeana Scraps has hit an amazing creative stride and is releasing some fabulous new kits that I'm itching to work with...I'll be back with more on that later!

My big news for today is that two of my scrapping muses, designers Scraps by Mara and Ohana Designs, have joined forces to form a single design team called Partners in Crime Designs. They are closing their respective shops at Brownie Scraps (which are on sale right now...grab up what you want at fantastic prices HERE) and will be opening a new shop at a new store, and that's where the fun begins!
