Hi everyone! I'm here this week to show you the pages I've done since my last post. A couple are challenge layouts, and a couple are from a new release. Challenges first!
Over at Oscraps, Lynn Grieveson has her monthly Featured Product challenge. This month's product is Positivity:
While not the theme of the collection, there was enough red, white, and blue for me to scrap an Independence Day page:
At Pickleberry Pop, I participated in Joanna's Two-Page Challenge. The requirements were that you create a layout that covered two 12x12 pages and the title of the layout had to flow across both pages. I rarely do two-page layouts, but I have found that the landscape photos I like to take are sometimes hard to fit on one page without being tiny, so this seemed a good opportunity to scrap a recent sunset photo that I took:
I used a recent release by Simplette called Sunset Lover:
I also worked with a new release by Heather T. called Beach Feet:
I did two pages with this collection. The first features my little nephew having fun at the lake on July 4th:
I also did this layout; actually, I started this one first and got stuck partway through; it didn't look done but I couldn't figure out how I wanted to move forward, so I just left it as it is:
