So Far This Month at Oscraps

Hi everyone! I've got a few layouts I wanted to show you, done so far this month for some challenges at Oscraps. I'm not sure how I've already managed to do three pages in just the first week of April, but there you have it. I think it might have to do with the fact that I've been participating in monthly events at various sites since the beginning of the year that require a much faster pace of scrapping than I usually undertake. I haven't posted any of those special event pages here yet, so be warned that I'm going to bombard you with all the layouts I've done for the aforementioned events, one post for each of the three events. But first:

 

The Oscraps Design Team has released their first quarterly collab of the year, titled You Go Girl:

 

 

 

I used it for a Quote Challenge at Oscraps; I don't often use templates but I did use one of the ones that comes in the collab:

 

My next layout is one that I did for AFT Designs' March/April Challenge, asking you to use some of her products to scrap some song lyrics. Here's my page:

 

 

I used bits from the collab above; also a couple of pieces from Space Cadet by Crafty Button Design, which I've shown you before. The product by AFT Designs that I used is a kit called Letters & Love Notes:

  

Finally, we have a layout I did for the Artist Inspiration challenge. We were invited to browse the gallery of an artist named Leonid Afremov. He uses an astounding amount of bold colors in his art; here's the painting I used for inspiration:

 

 

Here's my take on the challenge:

 

 

I used a kit called Follow Your Heart 2 by MLDesign , who is a designer brand new to Oscraps!
