Lavender Garden by Verena Designs

I'm happy. I got to play with another gorgeous kit from Verena Designs called Lavender Garden. It has all sorts of flowers and critters and objects you might find in a real garden. You can pick the kit up HERE at GoDigitalScrapbooking:

This kit inspired me to find a photo with my Mom in it since she was a gardener extraordinaire. It's too bad that this is one older photo that I couldn't rehab as well as I would have liked, but I think the page came out pretty anyways:

Blossoming and P365! (x 2!)

I've got a lot to show you today. First off, here's a brand new kit from Dylabel Designs that releases today at Elemental Scraps. It's called Blossoming, and it's full of cool, serene papers and elements:

Here's a page I did, once again rehabilitating an old photo from the 1970's:

And....., I finally got caught up on my P365 pages! Here is week 32, which is the partner, of course, to week 31:

And here's week 33, which just ended. I decided to use Blossoming for this and next weeks' pages:

33 weeks down, 19 to go!

Picture Perfect

New in the shop at GoDigitalScrapbooking is this fantastic new kit by HK Designs called Picture Perfect. I love the colors, the pretty elements, and the fun little word strips. You can pick it up at Heather's store HERE:

I don't do a ton of multi-photo pages, but the film strip frame in this kit inspired me to create this layout:

I did this page to coordinate with a page that my scrapping pal Lisa over at GDS made for me:

I think they'll look good together, don't you?

Carefree

New in the store at Scrap Matters is this bright, fun collab kit from genia Beana Scraps and Captivated Vision called Carefree. It's full of doodles and flowers and ribbons and...well, see for yourself:

Right now it's on sale HERE for 30% off!
Rehabilitating and preserving my older photos is one of the reasons I got interested in digital scrapbooking, so I dug up some photos from 1976:

Fun, don't you think? I love that flowery background paper!

Summer Sunset

We're into the latter half of summer (*sob*), and to go with that mood is this golden-hued kit from Scraps by Mara called Summer Sunset. The rich tones make me think of autumn on its way, but the pretty flowers and bugs make it great for those summery pages still to be scrapped. You can get it HERE at Brownie Scraps!

Here's a page I did, using photos from 1979, no less!

CT News!

I have some Creative Team news for you! First, I was asked to join the CT of Dylabel Designs! Belinda is a scrapping pal of mine from genia Beana Scraps' CT and has been designing for about a year. I was happy to say YES, and look at what I got to play with first: this wonderful bright kit called Sweet and Sour. You can get this kit at the Dylabel Designs store HERE at Elemental Scraps:

And since this kit is so perfect for summery pages, I created this layout with it:

Next, Scraps by Mara is having a CT call! If you'd like to join the fun gals on Mara's team, check out the details here and send in your application:

So Precious

GoDigitalScrapbooking has a new designer in the house, and it's Dawn Davis, designing under the name of Simply You, Simply Me. I got to work with her sweet kit called So Precious. It's got soft blues, pinks, and purples, a few elements that would make it great for baby layouts, and a complete alpha:

You can get the kit HERE at GDS. And who else would I scrap with this adorable kit but the "so precious" baby Koi!:

I'll have some fun news for you in my next post, and somewhere down the line there will be my latest P365 page. See you soon!

Laitha's Designs is at it again! Mariella has created another luscious kit, this one called Nocturnal Soul. If you're as in love with it as I am, you can pick the kit up HERE at GoDigitalScrapbooking!
The kit:

Here's a page I did with this kit. It's for a scraplift challenge at GDS, and I first just have to show you the gorgeous page we were given for inspiration: It's Crazy Baby by Irishgull at GoDigitalScrapbooking:

And my take on it, using Nocturnal Soul:

Don't you just love it?
