I did this layout using a picture I took with my cell phone, which has a pretty poor camera. (or maybe I just don't know how to use it right!)Template: "Trilogy" by TaylorMade Designs at www.oscraps.com

I did this layout a while ago but I was saving it for today to post. If you notice the date, 4 years ago today we had snow. Spring in Michigan, indeed. Well, at least today promises to be better---mid 70's predicted for today and 80's for tomorrow and Sunday. I'm dying to get out in the yard but it's mostly still too squishy!Template: template2 by Julia Design

This is a series of layouts I did for a challenge hosted by ScrapOrchard in conjunction with Gotta Pixel. The challenge spread out over 4 weeks--each week you added to your LO following a specific set of instructions. I found it VERY hard to do---because---you were not allowed to go back and make changes after you posted each week's addition! Doing the challenge allowed me see what other scrappers did with the same set of instructions I had, and I really learned a lot!
This is the layout after weeks one and two---instructions were to (week 1) use 3 photos, 3 papers, (and week 2) 3 ribbons, 2 fasteners, and one set of stitching:

For week 3 we had to add at least 4 decorative elements and an element for writing:

Week 4 instructions were to add a title using 2 differnt fonts and at least 4 lines of journaling.
The final product, which is not where I would have ended up if I could have rearranged things:
